Moda Hair Designs exclusive hair salon services utilize the latest technology in equipment and the finest products available, taking hair care to the next level. Trained in the latest techniques of hair design, color and conditioning; and through their own imagination and vision our stylists will personalize each look.
We invite you to visit our unique team of professionals dedicated to making your experience most pleasurable.
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, your credit card will be charged 25% of the service that was scheduled. Day of cancellations will be 50% of the service that was scheduled.
Please show up 5 minutes early for your appointment.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon. In the event that you bring a child/animal to the appointment we will have to reschedule you for a different day and a cancellation fee may apply.
We do not offer refunds of any kind.
If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.
Your appointments are very important to Moda Hair Design. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the service originally scheduled. Day of cancellations are 50% the cost of the service. Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS:
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
